member no
matter what
their
membership
plan receives

either by e-mail,
fax or mail,
which lists construction projects out for bid.

exercise care
when using

damage occurs
to the plans
or specs, let
us know so
that we can
mend or make a
copy of the
damaged page(s).
Please do not
remove any of
the plans,
specs,
planholder
lists,
addendums,
etc. from the
Plan Center.
They are here
for all
members to

Dues are billed quarterly,
semi-annually & annually. All invoices are due and
payable upon receipt. Any accounts that fall 90 days
past due will result in membership cancellation. To
reinstate your membership, all past due amounts must be
paid in addition to a $35.00 enrollment fee along with
the current dues.

Monthly Board Meetings are held at noon on the third Tuesday of each month at Jacksons Sports Bar, 432 S 48th Avenue in their Banquet room.

We believe that the plan center provides a service that
not only benefits the local construction industry but
the community as a whole. |
If you find it necessary to cancel your membership in
the middle of a quarter, we will pro-rate your dues,
however, money owing for service for the quarter to date
plus any charges for print copies, etc. must be paid in
full. |
