Virtual Plan Room is
an innovative service
that provides your business with the most comprehensive resource
for up-to-the-minute construction information and the latest state-of-the-art
web based tools
available.

The "Virtual Plan Room" is a web
(internet) based program you access using your favorite web browser
(Internet Explorer, MSN, etc.). Plans can then be sorted by your
occupation or most any other need and viewed either as an
image or as an Acrobat document.
Simply print from the FREE Acrobat reader, your favorite image
manipulation program or from Take off, also FREE and available to
download.

The
Negotiated Plan Room allows you to control access to negotiated work
while also reducing the expenses associated with traditional
distribution.
Using the Negotiated Plan Room, you can distribute projects via the
internet to those subcontractors and suppliers necessary to bid the
job.
The subcontractors and suppliers you select will then be able
to access project information for the specific project, including
plans, specs, addenda, and pre-bid notices via the internet, from
any location, even if they are not VIRTUAL
PLAN ROOM subscribers.

Access
to an abundance of projects is good thing but
finding the project you want to bid on can be a time
consuming challenge.
Using the filter/search capability of the VIRTUAL PLAN ROOM, you can search for work by county, project type
or construction category.
You can also set up personalized criteria, such as key words,
CSI codes, and bonding limits.
Your search results will show only those projects relevant to
your criteria.
In addition, you can choose to be automatically notified
whenever a project matching your search criteria is posted to the VIRTUAL PLAN ROOM.

You provide only one set of plans/specs and the VIRTUAL
